Asha Alexander holds a Master's Degree in English as well as a Master's in Education. She has over 25 years experience as teacher and administrator having served in some of the leading institutions in India and Dubai. Prior to her appointment as Executive Principal of The Apple International School and its sister concerns, she served as the Principal of Our Own English High School Dubai and Head Primary at Dubai Modern High School.She believes that we must meet each child "where he or she is" and take each child as far as we can. She wants to support teachers , parents and students. Her role as a school leader is as an instructional leader, and it can be described as a lead learner. She is there to model learning,and to influence others to do their best and to help them to reach their own potential.

Mr.K.S.Pradeepkumar is a Graduate in Mathematics and Post Graduate in Management. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a Specialisation in Marketing and Personnel Management. He has extensive experience in the field of Administration, Marketing, Market Research, Corporate Planning and Event Management and has held various positions
in Instrumentation, Media and Event Management and Consultancy firms. A thorough professional, Mr. Kumar sets very high standards for health and safety in the school.

Mrs. Indrani Guha- She is an Indian National with a Post Graduate Degree in English and joined The Apple International School in the capacity of a Supervisor since October 2008. She has acquired a lot of experience as a teacher in various leading institutions in India and in the UAE. Her professional experience, educational qualification and a deep abiding love for children are her strengths and have resulted in her ability to display her expertise in her area of work. She has an inspiring influence and her positive approach is the key source of her constant motivation.

Mrs. Brenda Soares holds a Masters Degree in Organic Chemistry and a Bachelors Degree in Education. Her 18 years of experience in a variety of educational settings and curricula in well known Institutions in the UAE and India has helped her to be sensitive to students' specialized and changing needs, with the ability to individualize instruction, based on students' interests and needs. She has attended a training workshop on delivering the New 2009 IGCSE in Chemistry.

She is a keen environmentalist and a dedicated educator who believes in the use of Technology Integration as a Transforming Teaching Strategy. She believes in teamwork and motivates students to discover and enjoy "learning by doing"

Pramodini Pradeep believes that at The Apple International School, a positive learning experience for all students can be achieved by continually striving for excellence in all areas of learning. Her Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Education ensures that she uses ICT effectively to enhance academic growth. She has also attended a workshop in Primary Years Programme conducted by the IBO. Having a wide range of teaching experience of over 10 years in different curricula, she is empathetic not only to the needs of the children under her care as Supervisor of Grades 3-4 but she is also able to anticipate the needs of her teachers and parents alike.

Bhavna Khanna has completed her Honours degree in Political Science Honours from Delhi University, India. She also holds the (MCP) Microsoft Certified Professional degree along with a diploma in Graphic and Web Designing. She has certification in (PDP) Professional Development Program for teachers. She started her career in BITS Computers as a Head Program Coordinator. She has also worked as an editor for the website called ‘The Green House’. The Green House was the Middle Eastern perspective on green buildings, dealing with the environment.

During the 12 years of experience as an educator, she has designed theme-based curriculum, assembled materials, held events, prepared goals and agendas using Information Technology. As a subject co-ordinator she was responsible for the development of school ICT plan in line with the school guidelines. She was responsible for the social and emotional welfare of pupils. She believes in giving children the chance to explore and express their developing thoughts and feelings at an early age, sets the foundation for them to feel secure to continue down the path of self discovery and esteem.

Asha Ranjan is a Science Graduate with a Diploma in Advertising and Public Relations. With over 15 years as teacher and coordinator of the Kindergarten sections in leading institutions in Dubai, Ms. Ranjan brings a wealth of expertise to her field. She believes that young children learn through active, purposeful interactions with a wide variety of learning materials and activities which develop the growth of the whole child. Her endeavour is to help each child reach his or her full potential in an environment that is challenging, secure and nurturing. An empathetic and proactive individual she reaches out to staff , students and parents alike.

Ms. Visalakshi Parthiban has a Master's degree in Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological Counselling. She has been associated with children and the education field for a number of years and has played an active role in various NGO's in India working for the upliftment of children and women. She has also worked with private cells set up to counsel children for examination anxiety. She believes that nurturing qualities like positive attitude, ambition and confidence which go a long way in propelling the child to achieve success in this competitive world.

Lali Toms holds a Master's Degree in three disciplines-Economics, History and Sociology. She is also a qualified professional in Special education. She started her career in the Teacher's Training Section to train Special educators. She has been associated with Special Education for
a number of years in the fields of educating the intellectually deficient children, community awareness and parent counselling. Coupled with this, she has teaching experience in India as well as Dubai.

She believes that each child is unique. Early identification and intervention, quality education , right attitude, cooperation from parents and team work will bring out the best in children who are
challenged by learning difficulties.

Shalala Balakrishnan Kurup has over 25 years of teaching experience and her area of specialisation is developing Reading Skills in young children. She has been a Resource person for workshops conducted by leading schools in Dubai and is passionate about all Literary Activities. Her desire is to instill a desire for reading, public speaking and creative writing in young students and to promote the use of good language and respectful behaviour. Her task is concerned with corrective work in the language arts. Her work involves planning and evaluating the progress and achievement in reading skills and developing new materials as needed.

Ms. Rekha Thachil is a Master of Commerce and was employed with Hindustan Levers in India for over 10 years. Polite and articulate, Ms. Thachil reaches out to all parents in a proactive manner, addressing their concerns and maintaining school records in a meticulous manner. She is the friendly face at the reception and your first point of contact.
